Peryer Construction undertook a design and build contract for the new 7000m2 Bunnings NZ Naenae Store. It involved the construction of the new store along with associated landscaping and car-parking facilities.
The duration of the project was six months and also involved the demolition of existing offices & storage buildings and temporary relocation of services. This required crucial timing to ensure we met our client’s budget and scheduled opening celebrations. |
