This contract involved extensive alterations and additions to a 1920’s villa situated on one of Wellingtons busiest and challenging streets.
Peryer Construction excavated 550m3 soil from beneath the existing house.
This was supported by a specially designed and constructed steel cradle to form 2 lower floors to the house.
