Peryer Construction completed the construction of the 500 seat picture theatres and patron amenities.
An initial part of this project required extensive demolition of various existing concrete buildings in Queen Street to enable work to proceed on the proposed Cinema building.
The theatre complex will consist of 4 picture theatres, Café Kiosk for theatre patrons, toilets and double storey entrance way. The project also features 2000m2 of new retail floor space,
involving multiple interior commercial fit-outs for new tenancies.
