Our People


Peryer Construction considers the success of any project hinges on the project personnel involved. Every contract has a designated Site Foreman and carpentry team assigned based on experience, proven performance, coordination skills and their understanding of time and budget constraints. This ensures consistency and ownership by the site team in their individual projects, from the commencement of the contract through to final completion, maintenance and compliance periods.

The following personnel would have direct management involvement in all projects:


Martin joined Peryer Construction in 2013.  Martin has 35 years’ experience in business management, construction costing, problem solving and subcontractor management.

His positive attitude and approach compliment the core values of Peryer Construction whilst he works to develop strong relationships and to ensure projects are within budget.

LES WILLIAMS – Contract Manager

Les has extensive product knowledge and experience in the construction industry. His role is primarily as management and communication liaison between the construction site and office, liaising with Management and attending Architects & Project Managers and also assists all sites to run smoothly by attending site meetings, and overseeing performance and health and safety systems of construction staff and sub-contractors.  Importantly for our clients, he ensures programme timelines, maintenance and completion deadlines are successfully achieved. 

STEPHEN MACRIS – Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Stephen is a Quantity Surveyor involved in estimating, tendering and managing of Peryer Construction projects. Stephen has an accounting Degree and Diploma in Quantity Surveying. He has a passion for the industry and was a hammer hand before becoming a Quantity Surveyor.

Stephen enjoys seeing a project through from tendering to completion and works closely with our Site Managers.

VIRGINIA HOURIGAN – Accounts Manager

Virginia is responsible for in-house accounting and financial reporting whilst also providing administrative support for the company. She also liaises with professionals and suppliers. With many years of experience in accounts and administration, Virginia is a professional and integral part of the Management team.

TRACY COLEMAN – Administration Manager

Tracy is the administration contact for the business receiving and managing all general enquiries. She helps manage the preparation, collation and submission of tenders across all contracts.

Tracy receives and distributes all Client Instructions and Architect Instructions to the site teams and works very closely supporting the Quantity Surveyors, Account Manager and the Directors.

LYNDA FIELD – Compliance Administrator

Lynda joined Peryer Construction in 2018 and has a background in corporate administration and marketing. She is responsible for administration of all contract compliance documentation and is a member of the Management Team, her role is critical in ensuring contractor and subcontractor warranties are accurate for submission to our Consultants to achieve practical completion.

During construction, she also prepares and collates all the compliance documentation on multiple contracts required by Council to achieve Code of Compliance on our projects.

NEKO DIAMANTIS – Health & Safety Officer BHlthSc (OHS)

Neko manages the continuation and improvement of our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems. Since joining Peryer Construction  in June 2020, he has completed extensive prequalification audits and reviewed and updated various health and safety, environmental and quality procedures/policies.

Currently he is assisting in the roll out of digital technology to streamline processes and reporting. Neko has found many aspects of his degree and past experiences with St John Ambulance and Brain Injury Rehabilitation relevant to his current role.

He has forged positive relationships with all team members from site to office and champions a robust health and safety culture at Peryer Construction.
